Team JJ Construction was established in 1993 by John Seeland. John's main goal was to start a company which was primarily self sufficient that had employees who are well trained and certified technicians which would negate the need for subcontractors. Not only did he have the highest of company standards in mind he also went far and beyond to have a company that caters to the needs of a family based clientele. John believes wholeheartedly that a company is not one man telling others what to do and how to do it. His firmest belief is that each member of his "team" is like family. No one man makes the decisions, the company comes to together as a whole to discuss each project, each problem, each idea. Thus, the term "team" in the Team JJ Construction was formed and forever shall be.
