11 years ago I started with John Seeland/ CEO JJ Construction as his assistant. I started working out of his spare bedroom in his house with little experience in the construction business. My duties were to answer the 1 line phone, schedule appointments and place orders.
Over the years, The company has grown into a showroom /office. My Knowledge in the construction business has excelled as well. I have been through excessive training in all fields from Customer Service to Roof installation. I am now the Office Manager with all the same duties plus so much more .
My main goal for our company is to make sure every customer I talk with is completely happy with our services. From the first call in the morning to the last call at 5:00pm, I strive for the best, not only for myself, but for the team we have in place. |
